Storm Run & Daily Spin: Official Rules

1. Sponsor
StormBurger, 1500 N La Brea Ave, Inglewood, CA 90302 and 5801 Cherry Ave, Long Beach, CA 90805 ("Sponsor"). [Sponsor to confirm legal business name.] App and game provided by SousShift AI.
2. Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of the United States who are 13 or older. Players under 18 need a parent's or guardian's permission. [Attorney: confirm minimum age.]
- One free member account per person and per phone. An account needs a name, a phone number and an email address, and is tied to the phone it was made on (the live app confirms the phone number with a text code).
- Employees of the Sponsor and their household members may play but cannot win prizes. [Attorney: confirm.]
- Void where prohibited.
3. No purchase necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO PLAY STORM RUN, TO SPIN THE DAILY WHEEL, OR TO WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
- Daily Spin: always free. One spin per member per day (Los Angeles time). Spins are never sold, never cost tokens and cannot be earned by buying anything.
- Storm Run (current version): free to play for anyone, as often as you like, with no account needed. A free member account is needed only to save a score or claim a prize after a run.
- Storm Run with tokens (possible future version): if the Sponsor turns on game tokens, a play costs 10 tokens. Free ways to get tokens, equal to or better than buying food: 10 free tokens every week (one free play), added automatically the first time you open the app that week; and 10 free tokens on request once a day (one free play a day) using the "Free tokens" button, no purchase necessary. Tokens also come as a loyalty bonus with food purchases (1 token per $1 on food). Tokens are never sold on their own, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes.
4. Storm Run is a game of skill
Storm Run is a 45-second driving game. Your score depends on how well you play: you steer the food truck between lanes to grab coins and StormBurger food and to dodge lightning strikes, flying cows, stop signs, police cars that try to ram you and small tornadoes, and you score for every second you stay on the road. Each hit costs half a life and the truck has 5, so ten hits end the run. Hazards and pickups appear in a varied pattern, so every run is different, but no prize in the game is awarded by chance: prizes depend only on your score. Money or items shown in the game are for scoring only.
- Score prizes (sample, set by the Sponsor), one run over: 400 = Free house sauce; 600 = Free fries or onion rings; 800 = Free milkshake; 1,000 = Free Classic StormBurger. One prize at a time per member; a prize must be used within 3 days.
- Weekly top score: the highest score from Monday through Sunday close wins a Free Double Classic StormBurger Combo. Ties go to the score posted first. The board resets every Monday.
- Scores made with cheats, scripts, bots or multiple accounts are disqualified.
5. Daily Spin prizes and odds
Every slice wins something. Odds of each prize on any one spin:

Approximate retail value of each food prize: [Sponsor to fill in]. Food prizes and discounts are good for 3 days at either StormBurger location (Inglewood or Long Beach), one reward per visit, cannot be combined with other rewards, have no cash value and are not transferable. No prize includes alcohol (California Business & Professions Code 25600).
6. Reward points
Points from the spin and from purchases go into your StormBurger Rewards account and can be traded for the rewards listed in the app. Points have no cash value.
7. General
- The Sponsor may change or end the game, the spin, tokens, prizes or these rules at any time, with notice in the app. [Attorney: confirm change/termination language.]
- Winners may be asked to show the code on their phone and a matching account at the counter. Taxes, if any, are the winner's responsibility.
- Your information is used only for your rewards account and is never sold. Opt-in texts and emails can be stopped anytime by replying STOP or unsubscribing.
